Our Approach
Animals are sensitive, intuitive energetic beings. Just like humans, they carry the imprint of stress, trauma, change, and emotional experience in their energy fields — and just like humans, they respond to Reiki readily and often profoundly.
Distance is no barrier. A remote Animal Reiki session is just as effective as an in-person one, with the added benefit that your animal receives healing energy entirely in their own environment, on their own terms, without the stress of travel or an unfamiliar presence in their space.
Animal Reiki is always offered, never imposed. Your companion is free to engage as much or as little as they choose. The energy finds its way regardless.

A focused, one-to-one remote Animal Reiki session conducted via Zoom, tailored to your animal companion's current needs. Share what's going on for your animal and any specific focus you'd like David to work with — or simply arrive open and allow the energy to flow where it's most needed in their field.
Every session includes:
A short intake form completed before your session so David can prepare fully for your animal
A dedicated 30-minute Animal Reiki healing session conducted remotely via Zoom

What Can a Session Support?
Animal Reiki is not a substitute for veterinary care — it is a powerful complement to it. Guardians book sessions with Warho Healing for animal companions experiencing:

How Your Session Works
01 — Book & Complete Your Intake Form Book your session and choose a time that works for you. You'll receive a confirmation email with a short intake form about your animal. Please complete this before your session — the more David knows about your companion ahead of time, the better prepared he'll be.
02 — Join via Zoom At your session time, join your Zoom link from a quiet space in your home. Camera is optional — you will need a microphone to communicate with David. Allow your animal to be wherever they feel most comfortable and at ease. There is no need to keep them still or in a specific location.
03 — The Session David opens the energetic connection and channels Reiki directly to your animal's field. Your companion is free to move, rest, eat, groom, or go about their day — all responses are valid and honoured. Many animals show visible signs of relaxation during the session itself.
04 — Receive Your Post-Session Summary Within 24 hours of your session, David will send you a personal summary of his energetic observations and recommendations for supporting your animal's integration and ongoing well-being.
What Might You Notice?
Every session is unique — Animal Reiki responds to each individual animal's field and needs in the moment. That said, many guardians observe:
Visible relaxation — softening of the body, slower breathing, settling into rest
Yawning, sighing, or stretching during the session
Moving to a favorite resting spot
Eating, drinking, or grooming — all signs of nervous system settling
Calmer, more settled behavior in the hours and days following a session
Gradual shifts in anxiety, reactivity, or emotional patterns over a series of sessions
There is no right or wrong response. Whatever your animal does during the session is exactly right for them.

Which animals can receive Reiki?
All species are welcome — dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, reptiles, and more. If you're unsure whether Animal Reiki is appropriate for your companion, reach out at team@warhohealing.com before booking.
Does my animal need to sit still during the session?
Not at all. Your animal is free to move, rest, or go about their day throughout the session. There is no need to restrain or confine them in any way.
What do I need to join my session?
A device with Zoom installed, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space in your home. Camera is optional — you will need a microphone to communicate with David. Your animal simply needs to be somewhere comfortable in your home.
Will I see anything happen during the session?
You may notice subtle changes in your animal's behaviour — settling, yawning, sighing, or moving to a resting spot. Some animals are more understated in their responses, and shifts may be more noticeable in the hours or days that follow.
How soon will I receive my post-session summary?
David will send your personal post-session summary within 24 hours of your session.
Can Animal Reiki replace veterinary care?
No. Animal Reiki is a complementary practice and is never a substitute for professional veterinary attention. If your animal has a medical concern, please consult your vet. Reiki works best alongside conventional care, not instead of it.
What is your cancellation policy?
