Is Reiki Right for Me?
You've come a long way in this course. You understand what Reiki is, where it comes from, and how it works. You've felt your own energy field. You've sat with the Five Principles. And if something in you has continued to stir throughout these lessons, that stirring is worth listening to.
So what comes next?
The Reiki Levels
Reiki is taught and received in levels, each one deepening the practitioner's connection to the energy and expanding what they are able to do with it.
Reiki Level 1 is where every practitioner begins. At this level you receive your first attunement, opening your ability to channel Reiki energy. You learn the foundational hand positions for treating yourself and others, the history and principles of the practice, and the core techniques that form the basis of all Reiki work. Level 1 is primarily focused on self-healing, and many practitioners spend months or even years working deeply at this level before moving on.
Reiki Level 2 expands your practice significantly. You receive a second attunement and learn the first three Reiki symbols, including the distance healing symbol that allows you to send Reiki across space and time. At Level 2 you are considered a Reiki practitioner, capable of offering sessions to others professionally if you choose.
Reiki Level 3, the Master level, deepens your connection to the energy further and introduces additional symbols and techniques. The Master Teacher designation, which is what I hold, means you are trained and authorized to attune others, passing the lineage forward.
What an Attunement Actually Is
An attunement is not a lesson or a technique. It is a sacred energetic transmission, a direct transfer of Reiki energy from a Reiki Master Teacher to a student, that opens and activates the student's innate ability to channel Reiki. Once received, an attunement cannot be lost or undone. It is yours for life.
The experience of receiving an attunement varies from person to person. Some people feel warmth, light, or a deep sense of peace. Others have emotional releases or vivid inner experiences. Some feel very little in the moment and notice the effects in the days and weeks that follow. All of these are normal. The attunement works regardless of what you feel during it.
Reiki 1 & 2 Training with Warho Healing
The natural next step, if you feel ready, is to join a live Reiki 1 & 2 cohort through Warho Healing. In this training you will receive both your Level 1 and Level 2 attunements, learn the full ICRT-recognized curriculum across both levels, and practice alongside a small group of fellow students in a live, interactive online setting.
This is the same lineage, the same curriculum, and the same Holy Fire® III energy that transformed my own life. I teach it with the same care and intention with which I received it.
Class sizes are kept small intentionally. Every student deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated in this process.
If you are not yet ready for the full training, a 1:1 Reiki session is a beautiful first step. Experiencing Reiki as a recipient often clarifies whether the path of becoming a practitioner is calling you.
