You made it to the end of this course. But really, you've arrived at a beginning.
The fact that you were curious enough to start, patient enough to stay, and open enough to try the practice in Lesson 8 — that is not a small thing. Most people who feel the pull toward Reiki never follow it. You did. That matters.
Healing is not a destination. It is a direction. And you are already moving in it.
What You've Learned
Over the past ten lessons you've explored the history and philosophy of Reiki, the meaning of life force energy, the Five Principles that anchor the practice in daily life, what it feels like to give and receive a session, how Reiki reaches people, animals, and loved ones across any distance, and the path that opens when you decide to go deeper.
You've also, perhaps, begun to understand why I do this work. Not because I studied it in a classroom and decided it seemed interesting. Because I needed it. Because it met me in a place that nothing else could reach. And because once I felt what it felt like to be held by that energy, I couldn't imagine not sharing it.
Your Next Step
If something in you has shifted during this course — even slightly, even quietly — I'd love to hear about it. And I'd love to support what comes next for you.
There are two natural next steps from here:
If you want to experience Reiki before anything else, book a 1:1 distance session through Warho Healing. Thirty minutes is all it takes to understand, in your body, what these words have been pointing toward.
If you feel ready to become a Reiki practitioner, I invite you to join the next live Reiki 1 & 2 cohort. Class sizes are small. The curriculum is ICRT-recognized. And every student who sits in that virtual circle is there because something called them — just like it called you.

One Last Thing
The Reiki Ideals ask us to live just for today. So just for today, I'll leave you with this:
Just for today, honor what brought you here.
Whatever it was — curiosity, pain, a friend's recommendation, a quiet nudge you couldn't explain — it led you to something real. Trust that. Follow it.
I hope to see you in class.
With gratitude,
David Warho
